Agreement

By creating an account or using InventoryKing ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service provides

InventoryKing is a hardware inventory management tool that lets you track devices, generate QR codes, manage companies, and invite team members. The Service is provided free of charge.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and passkey credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity per account. Accounts cannot be shared.

Your data

You own the data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your inventory data, company information, or any other content you provide.

You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity

Security

• You are responsible for promptly reporting any security vulnerabilities, suspected breaches, or unauthorized access to your account by contacting us at [email protected].
• You must not exploit any vulnerability you discover in the Service. Responsible disclosure is expected.
• You are responsible for keeping your devices and passkey credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on your end.
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InventoryKing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
